Children are a subject that fascinate me, in my house, out in the street, and everywhere they are. They’re straightforward, lighthearted and free.

I love photographing kids so much that I also do seasonal work for Lifetouch Preschool portraits. While the work I do there is very different from my own work, making a high-volume product for weeks at end is excellent training in how to connect with an age group that is often scared of cameras (and strangers).
